How long will my order take?
Nationwide deliveries take an estimated 3–4 weeks. International deliveries take an estimated 4–6 weeks. Made-to-order and bridal pieces may require additional production time.
Do you offer stitched and unstitched outfits?
Yes. Depending on the design, LOMO offers both stitched and unstitched options.
Can I provide my own measurements?
For eligible made-to-measure or customized products, measurements may be provided according to LOMO’s measurement instructions.
Do you accept returns?
Returns and exchanges are limited. Customized, made-to-order, bridal, and bespoke pieces are generally final sale. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 24–48 hours.
Are international customs duties included?
No. International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges.
