Refund Policy

  • A refund may be considered where LOMO ships an incorrect product, an item arrives damaged or defective, or LOMO is unable to fulfil a confirmed order. Any refund is subject to verification.
  • Orders for customized, made-to-measure, stitched-to-order, bridal, or bespoke garments are generally non-refundable once production has commenced.
  • Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by LOMO.
  • Many LOMO garments are made to order, customized, stitched, bridal, or bespoke, refunds are limited.
